Pres Obama’s Tax credit explained

I found this pretty good explanation of the first time buyer’s tax credit and as i am always getting asked about how this works, or whether someone qualifies, I thought it might be helpful to post. A warning, the details towards the end at a bit too detailed, but it is good till then.
