Clients of the Month. 

We’d like to Congratulate our clients of the month, who successfully got moved with minimum amount of stress. 

First in July, there was Christine and Alex.  they had tried to move to a larger home last fall.  When we met, we discussed what they needed to do to make the smooth transition.  They worked hard to get the home ready, they used our Stager, and right on schedule, the home gleamed.  They took our suggestion on pricing and received multiple offers, pushing the price up.   With offer in hand, we went house shopping, found their dream home and completed the transaction smoothly and without stress and incident.

In August,  Gretchen and Barry, arrived in town and we met to discuss finding a home.  We went out and soon found a home that fitted prefectly.  It was new on the market, but a little high for the budget.  Seeing it was a great value, they acted quickly before other buyers got a chance and 30 days later, closed on their new home. 

Congratulations on your wonderful new homes and thank you for being model clients.
