Question,

If we are in a buyers market, why are buyers doing everything but buying?

ie they seem to be waiting for the “Bottom”  ie trying to time the market.

Here’s news for you.   You can not time the market.  Not Real Estate, not any market.

WHY?

Because by the time you realize the market is bottomed out it is on the way up.   And this moves quickly. 

Play this game with a friend.     Put a finger in the air pull it down and then move it up in a smooth curve.     Challenge a friend to stop you when they think your finger is at the bottom.    What do you see?   The finger is always well into the upward stroke, which is when you would be buying if you were timing the market.  In fact, you might decide oyu had missed the market and decide to wait again.

TRUTH.

You can not time the market.    The time will find you. 

I promise you that Real Estate is a good market.  If you buy now, and hold for a minimum of 5 years, you will enjoy great appreciation.
