From the outside, Real estate seems to be the easiest way to make a living and get rich.  This is mostly illusion, as in 15 years of the business, I have found the business to be one of the most challenging on many levels.  There is a reason why so many get burnt out.  

To be a good single agent, you have to be available at all hours and to be good at many, if not all aspects of the industry: say PR, marketing, finance, Be good and listening, and selling, know about homes and how to get clients.  Then once you have clients, be able to follow up with details and be a top negotiator. 

That is why we have a team.  A team of specialists, each member, specially selected to blend experiences and abilities.  We find this provides a level of service far superior to that just one person can provide.

Buyers Specialist: Bev Kautzky, With 25 plus years of experience, I found a wonderful buyer, who simply loves helping people to find homes and will work nights and weekends to help.  The more she works, the happier she is.

Marketing and Negotiating Specialist: Myself, Guy Lofts, AKA the Real Estate Guy.  I have marketing and negotiating in my blood.  I like nothing more that to work with people and thrash out a deal which is a win win for everyone.  If I get an offer on a home, I will do my dogged best to bring it to a successful close.

Just recently, I was able to bring a buyer back to the table when they had walked.  We closed in October 7th.
